Each package includes dedicated weekly support, with someone available during your operating hours to ensure that your most pressing tasks are managed efficiently.

Starter Package – $325 + GST (5 hours)

The Starter Package is designed for businesses that need a small amount of weekly support. With 5 hours of dedicated assistance per week, we help you handle essential administrative tasks, ensuring that your operations stay organised and efficient.


Key Inclusions:

  • Phone answering (Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM, Weekends on request)

  • Basic client intake coordination and data entry

Premium Package – $1,200 + GST

(20 hours)

The Premium Package offers 20 hours of support per week at a 5% discount. This package is perfect for businesses that require ongoing, comprehensive assistance to handle day-to-day operations and help you focus on business growth.


Key Inclusions:

  • All services in the Standard Package

  • Increased support for operational tasks, including research and reporting

  • Assistance with complex scheduling, travel bookings, and task management

  • Regular performance reports and strategic insights

Lite Package –

$650 + GST (10 hours)

The Lite Package offers growing businesses more support with 10 hours of assistance per week. You’ll have someone available during your operating hours to manage daily tasks and ensure smooth operations, allowing you to focus on the big picture.


Key Inclusions:

  • All services in the Starter Package

  • Assistance with billing, invoicing, and operational tasks

  • Coordination of client or patient reminders, follow-ups, and thank-yous.

Ultimate Package – $1,500 + GST

(25 hours)

The Ultimate Package is our most extensive offering, providing 25 hours of support per week at a 10% discount. This package ensures that your business runs smoothly with full executive and operational support, giving you the time and space to grow your business.

  • Extensive executive assistance, task management, and customised reporting

  • Complete administrative and operational support tailored to your specific business needs

Standard Package – $975 + GST (15 hours)

The Standard Package is perfect for businesses looking for more in-depth weekly support. With 15 hours per week, you get a comprehensive service designed to manage complex tasks, streamline workflows, and maintain efficient business operations.

  • File organisation and EHR support

  • Client and patient engagement, including communication management

  • Executive assistance with scheduling, travel bookings, and priority tasks

Ad Hoc Support –

$65 + GST

For businesses that need immediate or short-term assistance, the Ad Hoc Support option provides flexibility without a long-term commitment. You can book a minimum of 2 hours for urgent or one-off tasks, such as scheduling, data entry, or document management.

Additional Hours – $65/hr + GST

For all pricing levels, additional hours can be purchased as required. Whether you’re facing a busy week or need extra support for a project, we offer additional hours at $65 per hour (plus GST).
